Qualified –

info2You talked to the lead specifically about one of the Professional Referral Network members and recommended them.  Give the lead a business card of the member and get one of theirs.  Tell them the member will be calling them.

Unqualified –

General “Cold” Leads – You haven’t spoken to the lead about a particular member. We need these leads also, but they do not countinfo3 until you have “opened the door” for your fellow member.  If you need help with this, please contact an officer.

Listen For a Lead Opportunity –

info5Think in categories. For example CPA, Insurance, Financial Planner, Real Estate, Advertising, etc. Or, for a new resident, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Window Washing, Pest Control, etc.
